What I'm looking for

I'm available for remote freelance or part-time AI projects, including response evaluation, data annotation, quality control, search evaluation, speech and audio evaluation, voice recording, image and video data collection, AI training, and data validation.

At COMPETE 2030 / Agência para o Desenvolvimento e Coesão, I.P., I assess applications and projects funded under European Structural and Investment Funds. I review eligibility, investment proposals, costs and supporting documentation, and prepare technical analyses and formal documentation supporting funding decisions.
