Managed a diverse caseload independently across MSK, sports injuries, women’s health, and chronic pain, including workers compensation (SIRA) and NDIS clients. Delivered specialized rehab (post-surgery and pelvic floor/pelvic pain), ran evidence-based return-to-play and prehab/conditioning programs, and documented assessments/treatment in line with SIRA claims requirements.

Handled customer care and front office operations while monitoring and training new employees. Supported store operations with stocktaking/inventory activities and coordinated daily activities alongside the audiology team.

Lectured across graduate and postgraduate physiotherapy programs (sports, women’s health, musculoskeletal, research, and integrated pain rehabilitation), including developing module content and delivery. Oversaw clinical training and caseload management in a private clinic, coordinated distance learning/dual degree programs, and served on faculty research and student-advisory roles.

Worked as a pre-registration house officer in a multi-specialty hospital, gaining clinical experience across neurology, cardiology, orthopaedics, paediatrics, respiratory medicine and surgery. Supported OPD and community rehabilitation experience as part of clinical rotations.

Completed a Master’s program in Pain at Queen Margaret University from 2003 to 2005.

Completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College from 1996 to 2001.
