I build results at the intersection of customer service and quality. With a Bachelor’s in Biology and a Master in Parasitology, I bring a strong scientific foundation to practical, on-the-job problem solving.

In my current role as a Commercial Assistant, I manage calls, track training progress, and coordinate training programs. I serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and supporting a smooth training experience through clear communication and strong administrative follow-through.

Previously, I worked as a Quality Specialist, where I supported guaranteed product quality and safety through microbiological analysis. I address non-conformities with corrective and preventive measures, educate staff on quality practices, perform audits, and help create HSE programs—always with empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity to maintain long-term client relationships.
