At LTIMindtree, I work on Navistar’s End-to-End Warranty Recovery application, which recovers supplier costs for vehicle repairs performed under warranty. I gather and refine requirements, design reusable class structures, and coordinate the Pega development team.
I also own code packaging and migration across environments, implement authentication and SOAP services, and work with interfacing systems teams on integration rules. I conduct code reviews and monitor application performance.
Previously, at First American India and Infosys Limited, I worked on Pega applications for client onboarding, healthcare authorizations and communications, and insurance quoting and installation. I hold Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) and Certified System Architect (CSA) certifications.
