I’m looking for a frontend engineering leadership role where I can grow teams through hiring, coaching, and performance cycles, set React/TypeScript architecture, and drive predictable delivery with strong cross-functional execution.

I’m a Frontend Engineering Leader with 13+ years in software development and 9+ years leading engineering and design teams. I focus on people management, team growth, and delivery—through hiring, performance management, career development, and cross-functional execution with Product, Delivery, Backend, QA, and Design.

I own the frontend hiring process end-to-end, including engineering-level calibration: CV screening, interview rounds, technical assignments, and delegated deep-technical assessment. I also establish KPI-based performance measurement tied to growth plans, run regular 1:1s, handle ramp-up and underperformance with clear checkpoints, and resolve team conflict by surfacing root causes and aligning on team outcomes.

Technically, I stay current to set direction, guide frontend architecture, and review code while strengthening testing strategy and performance optimization. I’ve led design system work and improvements (e.g., increasing component reuse and reducing implementation time), and I introduced agentic AI workflows using Claude Code and Cursor to improve requirement analysis, planning, documentation, and team productivity.
