What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to grow in employee engagement and human resources, within a supportive and innovative company culture.

As an MBA student at The Assam Kaziranga University, I have developed a strong foundation in business management and employee engagement strategies. My recent internship at Pantaloons allowed me to design a comprehensive survey and interact with customers, providing valuable insights into employee motivation. I am passionate about creating positive workplace environments.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have participated in various professional development programs, including employability skills training with Mahindra and a youth employment program with Tata Consultancy Services. My entrepreneurial spirit was showcased in my project 'Right from Oven,' where I supervised product development and presentations. I am eager to apply my skills in a dynamic work environment.

Designed a 12-question questionnaire and surveyed 50 employees to study employee engagement. Tele-called 300-500 customers daily and interacted with 10-15 customers in person. Recommended implementing activities like Zumba and yoga twice a week to enhance employee motivation and engagement.
