As an MBA student at The Assam Kaziranga University, I have developed a strong foundation in business management and employee engagement strategies. My recent internship at Pantaloons allowed me to design a comprehensive survey and interact with customers, providing valuable insights into employee motivation. I am passionate about creating positive workplace environments.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have participated in various professional development programs, including employability skills training with Mahindra and a youth employment program with Tata Consultancy Services.
