I coordinate 12 façade and window projects, maintaining daily management sheets, project trackers, weekly schedules, BOQ-wise billing status, budgets, and client presentations. I work closely with clients, design teams, façade consultants, quality control, purchase teams, and site teams to keep execution on track.
Previously, I led project management and fabrication activities at Vinaywindows System Pvt. Ltd. and Assre Plasto World International Pvt. Ltd., handling manpower, production planning, material dispatch, quality control, quotations, drawings, and UPVC lab testing. My civil engineering background also includes AutoCAD-based drawing, documentation, site measurement, and project coordination work.
