What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to construction project delivery through strong document control, coordination, risk mitigation, schedule and cost reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

At vConstruct, I coordinate construction project delivery by maintaining document and model controls across ACC Build, Procore, and Bluebeam. I manage RFIs, submittals, drawing reviews, constructability issues, and scope-change reporting to reduce field ambiguity and schedule risk.

I've also supported schedule, cost, and KPI reporting using Primavera P6 and CMiC, while contributing to workflow automation, AI initiatives, SOPs, and lessons learned. My civil engineering background includes structural coordination, safety participation, quantity estimation, and material take-offs on metro and realty projects.
