At Renova Red S.p.A., I plan and control building renovation, infrastructure, and public works projects. These include the Gran Hotel Timeo renovation and the construction of a hydrogen train refueling station in Adrano Nord.
At SSE S.p.A., I carried out planning for an Oil & Gas revamping project at the SASREF refinery.
At Fores Engineering S.r.l., I controlled project schedules and costs for international Oil & Gas and biogas contracts. Projects included chemicals injection packages for QatarEnergy North Field East, delivered for Technip Energies – Chiyoda, and offshore FPSO projects for Saipem and SBM Offshore.
Earlier, at STC Power S.r.l., I worked on planning and cost control for energy EPC projects, including the Bridgwater Waste to Energy Facility and a cogeneration plant for Burgo Group. I use Primavera P6 and MS Project for project planning and monitoring.
