At Sofka Technologies, I lead product design across client accounts, from research and strategy through developer handoff. I designed an AI assistant for recruiters at Teleperformance and a recruiting workspace for more than 20,000 candidates per month, with WCAG AA accessibility and a design system foundation.
For Banco Santander, I led the migration of all corporate clients to a new platform without disrupting operations, set WCAG 2.2 AA as the standard, and evolved the design system. The redesign raised NPS by 5 points; across my work, I use AI tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, and Figma MCP to plan, document, and prototype product experiences.
