What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support immigration or litigation work by conducting legal research, drafting filings and correspondence, and managing cases with strong attention to detail and clear client communication.

I’m a legal professional and law student-level practitioner who supports immigration and litigation workflows through research, drafting, and case coordination. As a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Eduardo I. Sanchez, I will conduct research on civil and criminal issues, assist with recommendations, and attend hearings.

In my prior Legal Assistant role, I assisted with preparing and filing immigration petitions and documents such as asylum claims and employment-based applications using Docketwise, and I drafted and edited legal documents for USCIS and EOIR submissions. I also bring strong case-management experience from managing a portfolio of 80+ open cases in a pre-litigation department, where I liaised between attorneys and clients, drafted demands and statements, and tracked case progress.
