What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable BI and analytics solutions that improve data quality, automate reporting, monitor performance, and support better operational and strategic decisions.

At Hugo, I design and maintain dashboards, performance-monitoring tools, and reporting solutions for HR and CX/Digital Operations. I transform and validate data, automate reporting, resolve data-quality issues, and translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Previously at Data Science Nigeria, I managed end-to-end data preparation, including importing and cleansing flat and text files, executing SQL extraction queries, and manipulating varied file formats into structured datasets.

Across more than eight years in business intelligence, analytics, AI, machine learning operations, people analytics, and IT, I use SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization to support performance monitoring, root-cause analysis, and strategic decision-making.
