What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise IT transformation—cloud modernization on AWS/Azure, resilient platforms, stronger security governance, and AI adoption—partnering with business and regulators to deliver measurable cost, uptime, and risk outcomes.

I’m a technology leader with 15+ years of progressive experience driving enterprise digital transformation, cloud modernization, and cybersecurity governance across Asset Management, Mutual Funds, Lending, and Financial Services. I focus on aligning technology strategy with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and board-level stakeholder engagement.

Currently, I serve as VP - Information Technology at PGIM India Asset Management, where I manage a Rs. 15 Cr+ annual IT budget, a team of 34+ professionals and vendor resources, and 25+ enterprise platforms. I’ve delivered 20% infrastructure cost reduction and 99.9% platform uptime through cloud transformation and resilience engineering.

I spearhead cloud transformation across AWS, Azure, and VMware environments, architecting cloud-native applications, microservices, and containerized workloads on Kubernetes. I also establish DevOps and CI/CD delivery practices and lead Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning to meet defined RPO/RTO targets and regulatory mandates.

I own an enterprise security and observability framework leveraging AWS CloudWatch, WAF, Wiz, and Splunk, strengthening threat detection and audit readiness. Previously, I led lending platform modernization and workflow automation, including establishing Jenkins and Docker-based automated deployment pipelines, and I’ve been recognized with the Oracle Excellence Award for Technology Innovation and Leadership.
