I’m a law graduate with experience in litigation, legal research, drafting, and dispute resolution through engagements before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and leading law firms. I’m currently interning at Singhania & Co., supporting legal research, contract review, and regulatory matters, and I enjoy turning complex issues into clear research notes, issue briefs, and actionable guidance for the team.
Across my internships, I’ve prepared first drafts of writ petitions, Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), counter-affidavits, written submissions, and interlocutory applications under senior supervision, while also handling procedural work like defect removal, filing coordination, and case tracking. I’ve strengthened client and team workflows through due diligence support, structured litigation research (issue charts and case summaries), and drafting transactional documents and legal notices; I’m also motivated by technology law and intellectual property, reflected in my publication on “The Role of AI and Emerging Technologies in IPR” and my role as Assistant Editor for “Marital Rape: The Crime Beyond Contours.”
