I built BeeaZo, a multi-channel AI agent for customer support, lead capture, lead qualification, and appointment booking across Web, WhatsApp, and Telegram. I designed its LangGraph workflows and developed the backend with FastAPI and the web application with Next.js.
With LessonCraft, I developed a full-stack AI lesson generation platform using LLMs and RAG. I created REST APIs for document ingestion, vector search, and lesson generation, with support for OpenAI and Gemini models.
At CK-12 Software and Technology Consulting, I evaluated AI Tutor responses for reasoning quality, conceptual accuracy, hallucinations, and pedagogical effectiveness. I also authored and reviewed CBSE-aligned content and AI-assisted learning material.
At Raman Research Institute, I developed computational models and numerical simulations for quantum optical systems using Python and Mathematica. My research work included analyzing data and validating theoretical predictions.
