I've led QA delivery at EGDK for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations billing, utility and energy, AP, and AR modules, automating D365 regression scenarios with Executive Automats to reduce manual regression effort by 50%. I also built Playwright-based REST/SOAP API automation for D365 integrations and mentor junior QA engineers.
