At Dr. Lal PathLabs, I support commercialization and adoption of clinical genomics and molecular diagnostics through clinician education, field engagement, and cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Laboratory Operations.

I've spoken at 35 Regional Training Meetings across India and delivered approximately 13 genomics product-training sessions, helping commercial teams and clinicians build confidence in genomic testing. I also bring hands-on experience in variant analysis, clinical report interpretation, rare-disease diagnostics, and genetic counselling from Sandor Bioinformatics, The Purple Gene Clinic, and St. John's Medical College.

I combine clinical genomics knowledge with product positioning, scientific marketing, and customer insight to expand awareness and adoption of precision medicine solutions.
