@smailaderdour
Junior full-stack developer bridging low-level systems with real-time React apps and containerized DevOps infrastructure.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Junior Full-Stack Developer and Software Engineering student at 1337 (42 Network), specializing in building real-time web applications and containerized infrastructures. I bridge low-level system architecture with modern full-stack feature development, with a strong focus on robustness, performance, and clean state/data handling.
In my recent projects, I built a multiplayer game platform (Checkers and Tic-Tac-Toe) with React.js and Socket.io—implementing instant state synchronization, matchmaking queues, and live spectating—backed by PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM. I also architected multi-container infrastructure for Inception using Docker Compose with NGINX TLS v1.2/v1.3, and engineered a functional Unix shell in C for Minishell, including parsing, environment expansion, piping, and signal handling with Valgrind-verified memory safety.

Multiplayer Game Platform
42 Network
Jan 2026 - Feb 2026 (1 month)
Built a real-time multiplayer checkers and tic-tac-toe platform using React.js and Socket.io with instant state synchronization, matchmaking queues, and live spectating. Designed a PostgreSQL + Prisma data layer and containerized the full stack with Docker Compose, including an NGINX reverse proxy and isolated game services.
Inception Infrastructure Architect
42 Network
Nov 2025 - Jan 2026 (2 months)
Architected a multi-container infrastructure with Docker Compose for NGINX, WordPress, and MariaDB. Hardened security by configuring TLS v1.2/v1.3 and managing custom SSL certificates, and created optimized Dockerfiles for persistent storage and secure inter-container networking.
Minishell Systems Programmer
42 Network
Sep 2025 - Oct 2025 (1 month)
Implemented a functional Unix-like shell in C with command parsing, environment variable expansion, and piping. Managed process lifecycles (fork/execve/waitpid), added signal handling to mimic Bash behavior, and ensured memory safety with Valgrind.
