I'm developing policy-oriented work on accountable AI, public-interest technology governance, and regulatory design in African contexts. My recent work includes an IPEC policy paper on AI governance in insurance and pensions, a POTRAZ abstract on digital governance and communications regulation, and a critique of South African AI policy.
As Founder and Director of Thumela Resources, I lead debt recovery operations, client onboarding, payment negotiations, compliance, and reporting. Previously, I founded and led AP Carriers, building practical experience in strategy, operations, procurement, financial oversight, contract administration, commercial risk, and institutional accountability while pursuing postgraduate study in Data Science and Applied Artificial Intelligence.
