In my internship at DFCC Bank PLC, I coordinated meetings with cross-functional teams and external vendors, presenting key findings in weekly meetings to facilitate problem-solving. I extracted insights from data analysis using Excel functionalities, created reports, and prepared presentations, contributing to a 50% reduction in outstanding IT tickets within six months.

I investigated and resolved operational issues within the core banking system, Temenos T24, addressing user-related concerns to prevent future disputes and ensure seamless business operations. I focused on turning day-to-day operational challenges into clearer outcomes for stakeholders.
