I’m seeking a litigation support or legal-administration role where I can apply Zoho-driven workflows, diary management and legal research to support attorneys, improve processes, and continue learning while completing my law degree.

I am a proactive litigation secretary and second-year law student with extensive administrative experience across litigation, claims and branch administration. I excel at managing case flow, diarising deadlines and supporting attorneys in high-volume legal environments.

I use Zoho and Calendly to track client communications, set automated follow-ups and organize records; I also leverage LexisNexis, SAFLII and AI tools like ChatGPT for legal research and judgment summaries. My duties include drafting pleadings, affidavits, demands and letters of representation, e-filing and preparing documents for court. I have a strong track record of accurate dictaphone transcription, billing support and coordinating evidence collection for personal injury matters.
