At HCLTech, I developed an enterprise Generative AI knowledge-assistance solution for natural-language retrieval across 5,000+ internal documents. I implemented a RAG question-answering pipeline and developed reusable AI services and REST APIs for application workflows.
At SAP, I contributed to enterprise AI capabilities for SAP Sales and Service Cloud, including LLM-powered features and multi-step workflows. I also supported production deployments across 20+ releases, monitoring Kubernetes workloads and resolving JIRA and ServiceNow tickets.
