Senior remote Data Engineer / Data Platform role, full-time or long-term B2B contract, on Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery or AWS. Keen on platforms powering analytics and AI (RAG, agents, LLM access to warehouse data). Tashkent (UTC+5), works well with EU, UK and Middle East teams.

Senior Data Engineer with 8+ years building production data platforms for US and European clients in SaaS, fintech, investment, telecom and retail. Currently at EPAM Systems on the data and AI platform of a US supply chain planning SaaS.

Cloud data platforms on Snowflake, Databricks (Delta Lake, DLT, Unity Catalog), BigQuery, Redshift and ClickHouse across AWS, Azure and GCP.
Batch and near-real-time ETL/ELT with Airflow (incl. MWAA), dbt, Spark, Kafka, CDC and event-driven queues.
Data modeling, governance and data quality (dbt tests, OpenMetadata lineage), CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
Applied AI on data: production Claude API integrations, RAG, agentic workflows and a self-hosted MCP server giving LLMs scoped, read-only access to Snowflake.
BI with Power BI (semantic models, DAX), Tableau, Superset and Sigma; ML models in production.

I work independently in distributed teams, explain trade-offs clearly to clients, and have led and mentored small teams. Based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UTC+5), English C2. Open to remote full-time and B2B contracts.
