What I'm looking for

I’m interested in strengthening disease surveillance and epidemiological systems to improve population health, with a strong interest in cancer epidemiology and implementation research.

At ICMR-National Institute of Epidemiology (ICMR-NIE), I conducted systematic literature reviews on task-shifting in diabetes and hypertension care and young adult stroke in India. I used CFIR to organize implementation findings and supported evidence appraisal with the Newcastle–Ottawa Scale.

At State Health Systems Resource Centre (SHSRC), Pune, I developed research proposals and data collection tools for studies of NP-NCD implementation and Block Community Mobiliser roles. I also contributed to the ASHA Profiling Report (AY 2024–25) and participated in field visits across health facilities.
