At Tata Consultancy Services, I support GCP cloud migration and operations for Sainsbury’s across Development, UAT, and Production environments, working with Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud Storage, releases, monitoring, patching, SSL certificates, and access management.
I’ve also supported British Telecom’s enterprise environments using Ansible Tower, Jenkins, Git, Shell/Bash, AWS EC2, IAM, and Cloud Watch, contributing to deployments, change/CAB activities, and production troubleshooting.
Across JPMorgan Chase, PepsiCo, ICICI Lombard, and ATM operations supporting thousands of endpoints, I’ve managed incidents, service requests, SLAs, infrastructure health checks, technical escalations, reporting, and support teams.
