I’ve reviewed and managed 500 commercial contracts, including vendor, partnership, NDA, and project agreements. I’ve also participated in negotiations with international vendors, resolving cross-border legal issues.
I’ve represented the company in 10 court and administrative cases, including complex tax disputes. I also advise HR on labor law matters and support finance with payment collection and tax compliance.
I secured intellectual property rights for a trademark, multiple software copyrights, and a book registration. I’ve delivered internal training on IT contracts and procurement law.
