What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to apply my web development, data analysis, communication, and coordination skills while learning quickly, taking on new challenges, and contributing to a collaborative team.

I've trained in MERN-stack web development at AlmaMate InfoTech, building APIs with Express JS, frontends with React JS, and database implementations with MongoDB.

At Tatkshan AQL, I managed the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding. I coordinated interview schedules and sourced talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

I've also built client relationships and developed proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations as a Business Development Executive at Level Up For Women. At ISIE INDIA, I supported event planning, coordination, and execution.

I'm a B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering graduate with training in data analytics using Python and full-stack development. I bring communication, persuasion, leadership, team management, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset to new challenges.
