I’m looking to transition from ICU bedside nursing into case management, clinical review, or telehealth—using my Epic EMR skills, utilization review mindset, and evidence-based documentation to improve outcomes and coordinate safe, timely care.

I’m an ICU Registered Nurse with advanced experience in high-acuity patient care, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination. I focus on risk assessment, utilization review principles, and evidence-based decision-making to support safer, faster care.

In my current ICU role, I manage critically ill patients with complex conditions while conducting detailed assessments to identify early deterioration and escalate care appropriately. I collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans and support discharge readiness.

I’m also experienced across medicine/respiratory care, where I managed high-acuity patients, strengthened clinical documentation, and coordinated with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and unit flow. Earlier roles included medication administration and monitoring, plus family and provider communication to maintain continuity of care.

I take pride in compliance and quality improvement—maintaining accurate, legal-grade documentation in Epic EMR and adhering to clinical protocols.
