What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a part-time position while completing my nursing degree, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. I want to continue delivering patient-centered care, support clinical operations, and use my leadership to improve workflow and patient experience.

I’m a full-time nursing student with 8+ years of experience supporting women’s health and reproductive care in fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environments. I bring a strong work ethic, leadership experience, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people, backed by hands-on patient care and operational support.

In my most recent role as a Lead Medical Assistant / Surgery Coordinator at Tenet Healthcare, I coordinated prenatal care from referral through postpartum follow-up, educated patients on prenatal development and recovery, and supported OR surgical teams with pre-op preparation, sterility protocols, and accurate documentation. I also managed high-volume OB and surgical workflows, including ICD-10/CPT coding, prior authorizations, and EMR documentation.

I’ve also served as an Interim Clinic Manager at FPA Women’s Health and a Training Director at Planned Parenthood Southeast, where I led clinical training and improved intake, discharge, and patient flow.
