I'm leading land surveying projects at K&S Chartered Geomatics Consult, including solar mini-grid site selection for the Lamwo rural energy project using population, nightlight, road, electricity-network, and socioeconomic data in ArcGIS.
I previously supported Uganda's national Land Information System at the Ministry of Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, maintaining cadastral data standards, integrating institutional datasets, and supervising quality assurance to eliminate parcel overlaps. I also provided geodetic controls and GIS mapping for the Uganda–Tanzania Tilenga oil project and the Mbale–Mbale–Manafwa water project.
I'm a PhD candidate in Geospatial Engineering and a Chartered Land Surveyor who builds Python and ArcGIS automation for spatial analysis, map production, disaster response, infrastructure protection, and land administration.
