At LeonardoS.p.A, I’m implementing the integration of Leonardo Romania’s processes and tools into the Electronic Division, with a focus on end-to-end supply chain management and production capacity.

As Plant Director Montevarchi and VP of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, I held end-to-end plant responsibility, including P&L. During my tenure, production volume increased by 55%, the rejection rate decreased by 8%, and average savings were 3%.

I introduced the 10 pillars of World Class Manufacturing and supported more than 20 improvement projects at the Montevarchi plant. I also increased factory digitalization by implementing a new PLM and MES.

Earlier, at LeonardoS.p.A and Sirio Panel S.p.A, I worked across material planning, supply chain management, engineering for manufacturing, quality, and customer delivery.
