What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and ship production-grade GenAI—RAG and agentic systems—where I own both architecture and code. I want work with strong engineering standards, guardrails (PII/compliance), and real-world integration challenges.

I’m a Senior AI Architect and Developer with 10+ years of AI/ML experience and 30+ years of hands-on software engineering. I design the architecture and I write the code—so delivery is built into the work, not handed off.

I specialize in building production-grade Generative AI systems from scratch: RAG pipelines, agentic AI orchestration, LLM integration, and full-stack AI platform development. I also focus on reliability patterns like memory/context management, tool calling, intent-based routing, and hallucination mitigation—and I’ve built AI applications across multiple languages, not only Python.

I bring enterprise architecture discipline as a TOGAF-certified enterprise architect, with delivery spanning government, fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce clients across Europe. In roles including Government of RomaniaAI Business Services SRL, I implemented RAG with custom chunking, hybrid retrieval, and guardrails covering PII protection and compliance frameworks.

Right now, I run NXD Tech and build agentic systems on OpenClaw, including NXD Tax for AI-assisted financial operations and Project J for agentic session preservation with identity and memory. My AI journey goes back early—Seq2Seq for financial prediction as early as 2012—while my current focus is pragmatic, scalable GenAI that works in real production environments.
