At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I manage the O2C cycle across cash application, treasury and direct billing, using HighRadius and SAP to process high-volume payments, reconcile accounts and resolve unapplied cash.
I monitor lockboxes, ACH and wire transfers, investigate payment discrepancies, support refunds and debit adjustments, and maintain cash positioning across banking portals. I also contribute to month-end and quarter-end close by clearing outstanding cash application items and producing MIS reports on billing volumes, pending payments and unbilled deliverables.
