I am an Applied Chemistry honours graduate with hands-on experience in analytical and agricultural laboratory environments, trained to deliver accurate scientific results.

During my contract as a laboratory chemist at ICRISAT Matopos Research Station, I conducted chemical analyses of soil, plant, and water samples, operated AAS, UV-Vis spectrophotometry and chromatography systems, and improved sample turnaround through workflow efficiencies.

My undergraduate research focused on recycling spent lithium-ion batteries, applying green chemistry principles to recover and purify valuable metals and demonstrating potential for scale-up.

I am passionate about environmental sustainability, materials recovery, and research-driven solutions, and I collaborate well with agronomists and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong quality assurance and laboratory safety practices.
