I'm seeking a patient-centred healthcare role where I can apply communication, information-gathering, appointment coordination, documentation and confidentiality skills while continuing to develop professionally.

I'm building a career in patient care coordination, client services and healthcare administration, combining customer-service experience with practical veterinary and animal-welfare training.

At Pinetown Veterinary Hospital, I support patient admissions and discharges, appointment scheduling, client communication, record updates, treatment documentation and animal monitoring under veterinary supervision. I also gain practical exposure to Provet veterinary practice-management software.
