Sidina Hamouni

I am a dedicated accounting student currently pursuing my Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in accounting at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa. My academic journey has been marked by significant achievements, including winning the Marc Roy Fund Scholarship for first place in an accounting competition and receiving a Special Merit Scholarship for outstanding academic performance. I am also enrolled in the Professional Education Program (PEP) - CPA, Quebec, which further solidifies my commitment to the accounting profession.

Through my internships at SMAI Assurances and Salsabil in Mauritania, I gained practical experience in managing invoices, optimizing administrative processes, and assisting in financial management. My role as a Customer Service Intern at MVH Export Inc. in Toronto allowed me to develop my skills in processing international payments and coordinating cross-border transactions. I am trilingual in French, English, and Arabic, which enhances my ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments.
