At CARE-DAT, Centre for Biomedical Engineering, IIT Delhi, I independently developed the latest working prototype of a sensor-instrumented rehabilitation glove, from PCB assembly and wiring through enclosure fabrication. I designed and 3D printed sensor mounts in Fusion 360, then iterated on their form to keep sensor placement consistent across hand sizes without restricting finger movement.
I built the glove's ESP32 firmware for sensor orchestration, I²C multiplexing, and real-time Wi-Fi streaming, and worked through calibration and sensor-fusion challenges to support anatomically accurate measurements. In my current role at Leucine, I configure manufacturing execution workflows for a client's live production process and built an automation that removed a recurring manual step.
