What I'm looking for
I’m an electronics engineering student with hands-on experience in embedded hardware simulation, microcontroller programming, and IoT system design. I build reliable device firmware in C/C++ and bring it to life with sensor interfacing, serial protocols, and real-time cloud dashboards.
In my research internship, I use Synopsys Sentaurus TCAD to simulate TFET biosensor behavior and generate I–V datasets for different dielectric constants. I also translate simulated sensitivity curves into on-device calibration lookup tables to enable threshold detection, paired with interrupt-driven sampling for accurate, responsive measurements.
Across projects, I’ve designed end-to-end IoT pipelines—from ESP32-based biosensor and environmental monitoring (MQTT + AWS IoT Core workflows) to Arduino home automation and FPGA-ready UART/PWM controllers. I bring an engineering mindset to edge/AI experiments too, integrating RAG and API-based services to produce practical, deployable systems.
