What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a service operations role where I own SLA performance, improve First-Time-Fix and CSAT through data-driven auditing, and partner with engineering to resolve root causes while scaling documentation and playbooks across multi-centre networks.

I’m an Area Service Manager with 3+ years driving field service operations, engineer coordination, and customer technical support across large multi-centre networks. I manage 3,500+ monthly service cases and oversee 15+ authorised service centres, consistently meeting SLA targets through structured visit planning and real-time scheduling.

In my current and recent roles, I’ve strengthened installation, commissioning, spare parts, and AMC management while leading root cause analysis and escalation handling. I audit repeat-visit data to improve First-Time-Fix (FTF) rates, coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams, and keep service documentation and dashboards ready for senior management review.

I also bring a strong systems mindset from quality work—developing end-to-end service/QA documentation, building CAPA workflows, and improving operational outcomes. Most notably, I drove ISO 9001 & CE internal audit cycles and authored SOPs adopted across stations, achieving certification with zero major non-conformances and reducing production floor defects by 15%.
