What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging role where I can apply telecom project and product management experience, drive operational excellence, contribute to organizational growth, and continue developing my skills.

At Viacloud Telecom, I manage end-to-end client onboarding and telecom projects, from fiber installations and cabling to switch setup, phone deliveries, and PBX requirements.

I coordinate directly with clients, sales teams, network engineers, and senior leadership to keep projects moving smoothly and aligned with customer expectations.

I handle KYC verification, TRA coordination and complaints, porting issues, number management, billing queries, account changes, and customer correspondence. I also lead a four-member team by assigning daily tasks, monitoring schedules, and supporting their professional growth.

I consolidate call data and billing reports into structured workbooks and use Power BI, SQL, and Excel to support operational reporting. I’m looking to contribute my telecom project and product management experience to operational growth and continuous improvement.
