What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering reliable, high-performance telecom networks through packet-core operations, complex troubleshooting, technical leadership, and work on evolving 4G/5G network technologies.

I'm currently supporting Zain Bahrain through Ericsson, operating Ericsson PACO nodes and troubleshooting data, VoLTE/VoNR, VoWiFi, and 5G core issues across MME, SGW, PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, and PCF.

At Ericsson India Global Services, I led Bharti Airtel packet-core operations and handled complex multi-vendor issues across Ericsson, Huawei, Cisco, and Nokia. I supported major implementations including Data Barring, ICR, IN Migration, and Gx/Gy Bypass while guiding teams through critical incidents and Kubernetes application issues.

Over 19+ years, I've deployed PACO, VoIP, LTE, and national roaming in Burundi, led core CS, packet core, and VAS teams, and supported telecom operators across India, Bahrain, and Africa. I focus on reliable, scalable networks through hands-on troubleshooting, technical leadership, and continuous improvement.
