At Xngage, I plan and execute QA for enterprise B2B eCommerce applications built on Optimizely Configured Commerce. I test customer journeys spanning account switching, product search, pricing, checkout, payments, and orders.
I develop and maintain Cypress and JavaScript automated tests, investigate failures, and work with developers to resolve defects. I also test platform upgrades and integrations, including PIM-to-commerce product and category data flows.
At Xngage, I use Jira and QMetry for test case management, defect tracking, and QA reporting. I also contribute to performance and load-testing investigations using JMeter and other diagnostic tools.
At Exalt Technologies, I performed manual web application testing, API validation, and automated test execution. I also worked with OpenStack and the Yardstick framework on cloud network and storage benchmarking.
