What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote part-time role of 3–4 hours per day supporting international companies with supply chain coordination, sourcing, vendor communication, and customer success.

I support international clients with product sourcing and marketplace operations, connecting them with suppliers in China through English and Mandarin Chinese communication.

As an independent design and sourcing consultant, I've managed supplier conversations, clarified product specifications, and tracked shipping to help keep cross-border orders accurate and timely.

I've also created product infographics, analyzed competitor data, and improved e-commerce listings. My work includes drafting professional customer-service responses for refunds and resolutions.

I'm comfortable using Alibaba and 1688, Google Workspace, Telegram, Canva, and remote collaboration workflows to support sourcing, supply chain coordination, and customer success.
