At Jhavtech Studios, I lead end-to-end UX design for mobile, web, and enterprise SaaS products, including greenfield initiatives and mid-project rescues. I work closely with product, engineering, clients, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences.

I've owned discovery, research, interaction, visual, and high-fidelity design across SaaS and enterprise portfolios, using research synthesis and A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion, and key user journeys. I also build scalable Figma design systems with reusable components and design tokens that improve consistency and engineering handoff.

I integrate AI-native workflows including Claude Code, Figma Make AI, and Cursor AI into research, prototyping, and frontend implementation to accelerate delivery without compromising craft. I enforce WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and mentor designers on process, craftsmanship, and AI-assisted workflows.

Earlier, I independently led digital and print design for a Ministry of Social Justice-funded NGO and delivered UI/UX, graphic, motion, and website projects as a freelance designer. I also author UX learning content and host sessions on UX and AI-assisted design through HCL GUVI.
