At New Engen, I work on product quality, usability, and release readiness for a B2B marketing analytics platform used by enterprise clients. I led an end-to-end UI/UX revamp to improve platform usability and customer experience.
I collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and feature prioritization, and support roadmap planning and release coordination. Client demos and feedback sessions have also informed product decisions.
At New Engen, I built an AI-powered DevOps log analyzer that detects failures in GitHub Actions and Devtron pipelines, performs root cause analysis, and suggests solutions. It reduced manual debugging effort and improved developer productivity.
Previously, at Cognizant, I led production release management and coordinated with clients, stakeholders, and development teams on delivery and post-release validation. I also supported the development of .NET microservices. I’m pursuing an Executive MBA at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune.
