At Programming.com, I worked as a Senior Software Developer on the Funds Gold Project for Deloitte, automating financial and investment portfolio reporting. I developed Python backend services and PostgreSQL data models for fund processing, validation, and document workflows.
At IGT Solutions, I designed, automated, and deployed workflows from development to production. I worked with SMEs on process and solution design documents, and demonstrated automation solutions to clients.
For United Airlines, I developed a compliance training system that tracked quarterly completion and sent escalation emails, and built automation to extract passenger and crew data from the Shares system. I also integrated APIs and added exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
My other project work included agentic ticket workflows in UiPath integrated with Jira and Slack, a LivePerson in-flight chatbot, and document understanding for passport and license processing. I’ve also worked with Automation Anywhere, Workato, Power Automate, Python, and VBA.
