At Cars24, I architected and shipped AIRO, a production AI agent platform for chat and voice-bot orchestration. It serves 25K+ daily chat sessions and uses MCP-based tool calling, RAG, context management, and Langfuse tracing.
I scaled Voice AI calling to 1M+ minutes per month and rolled out 15+ agentic chatbots across WhatsApp, app, and email. Iterating on operations feedback supported 120+ FTE-equivalent capacity, approximately Rs.6 crore in annual savings, and approximately 2x WhatsApp bookings.
At Cars24, I also built an AI evaluation framework that cut iteration time by 50%, and engineered Clio, an async conversation-intelligence pipeline processing 2M+ minutes per month. I developed Document Intelligence and a document-validation service that reduced manual verification by 75%.
At TATA 1mg Healthcare, I built a multilingual call-intelligence pipeline with 15% WER and 90% extraction accuracy, and deployed an ETA prediction model that reduced mean ETA by 15 minutes. Earlier, at Omdena, I contributed to a Digital Twin for industrial facilities by building CNN-based detection of P&ID symbols.
