I design for people first—understanding how they think, where they struggle, and what they need before touching a frame. I combine research, systems thinking, and visual clarity to create experiences that feel effortless to use.

In my UX/UI internships across Parat Inc. and Reliance Jio, I conducted UX research and usability testing to map customer journeys and resolve user pain points across web and mobile. I used what I learned to translate problems into clear structure, flows, and interfaces.

At Reliance Jio, I redesigned Jio.com customer touchpoints—covering login and partner journeys—improving usability, hierarchy, and information architecture. I designed user flows, wireframes, and interactive Figma prototypes, then helped build scalable design systems with accessibility at the center.

I deliver development-ready work: high-fidelity Figma screens with WCAG-aligned fundamentals (typography, colour, grid, and spacing), plus design-to-development handoff. I collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, iterating through stakeholder feedback loops and cross-functional delivery.
