I delivered $12M+ in cumulative infrastructure cost savings by replacing manual provisioning with an API-driven, containerized self-service platform integrated with ServiceNow, Ansible, and GitOps pipelines.

I also delivered Disaster-Recovery-as-Code for 30+ regulated workloads, cutting recovery time objectives from more than two days to under four hours and reducing manual audit preparation by 90%.
