My work includes enterprise-wide AI adoption: I led generative AI enablement through workshops, prompt libraries, and playbooks now used org-wide. I redesigned editorial workflows with ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Canva AI to cut newsletter production time from four weeks to one while scaling a content system for thousands of employees.
